Shipping Policy

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. What are the shipping charges?

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
  • For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders we charge a flat fee of ₹150. Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for products above Rs.999. 

3. How long does it take to dispatch an order?

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from our warehouse, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
In rare cases of delays due to courier disruptions or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

6. I made an error while filling out my details. What do I do?

If you made a mistake in your shipping address or contact details, please email us at info@iskara.in immediately after placing the order.
Please note: We are unable to make any changes once the order is dispatched.

7. Important: Ensure correct order details

Please provide accurate shipping details, including full name, address, and a 10-digit mobile number. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery failures.

8. Charges for return deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges of ₹150. These charges must be paid before re-dispatch.

8. Packaging & Courier Partners

All Iskara products are securely packed and shipped through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and others, to ensure your order reaches you safely.

9. In case of tampered packages

If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at [info@iskara.in] with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution at the earliest.
