Iskara Return Policy

At Iskara, we take utmost care in handcrafting and shipping every piece. However, returns are allowed only under very limited conditions.

Returns Are Strictly Limited to the Following Cases:

  1. You received a damaged product.
  2. You received an incorrect product.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the damage or error.
  • The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
    Returns will be subject to approval by our Quality Control team upon  verification once the notification is received.
  • Note: Products will not be returned in case the product is undelivered due to incorrect address

Return Process:

  • Raise a Request: Email us at [info@iskara.in] within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos as proof.
  • Approval & Return: Once your claim is verified and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup in locations where service is available. In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to us. Self-shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification of courier receipt (up to a maximum limit of ₹150).
  • Alternative product: Another unit of the same product will be dispatched in 2 working days post receipt of your package and upon verification of the issue. 
  • Refund: After we receive and verify the returned product, if the same product is not in stock, we will credit your refund within 7 working days to the same payment method used during order placement. 

Strict Non-Eligibility for Return:

  • Any return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Minor variations in color, design, stone texture, or craftsmanship, as all pieces are handmade and unique.
  • Size-related issues. (Please review product details and dimensions carefully before purchasing.)
  • Packages refused by the customer or delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete address.

Important Notes:

  • We do not allow returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Orders once placed are considered final.
  • Iskara is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent without prior approval.
  • Customers are advised to review product details and size guides carefully before placing an order.
